| With experience in complex investigations, security matters and due diligence investigations, Mr. Rhoads is responsible for case management, security assessments and liaison and interaction activities for MDB International.
After serving in the Viet Nam War as an Army Captain, Mr. Rhoads assumed the position of Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). For more than 26 years, he conducted and provided management oversight for proactive and reactive investigations in over 250 classifications of crime. Specifically, he created, developed and managed a nationwide human resource planning and personnel recruitment program for the FBI. As a result of this effort, and his proven record for directing and conducting effective investigations, problem solving mechanisms and creative management, Mr. Rhoads received two FBI Director Awards for Management Excellence.
In addition to his professional life, Mr. Rhoads was also an NCAA football referee and is now the coordinator of football officiating for the Atlantic Coast Conference. |
